The Space:

The scent of a nearby grill mingles with the fresh Florida air, and the sound of arcade machines drifts from the game room, promising endless fun for every age. Here, the excitement of Orlando feels just steps away, yet you have a quiet, spacious retreat to call your own.

Five full bathrooms serve the six bedrooms, with three conveniently attached to the upstairs rooms for added privacy.

Three family rooms provide comfortable seating and flat‑screen TVs, perfect for movie nights or gathering after a day at the parks. One room features a foosball table, adding a playful touch to relaxed evenings.



Kitchen & dining

A large, fully equipped kitchen offers ample amenities for preparing hearty breakfasts or quick snacks. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you enjoy meals al fresco beside the pool or at the kitchen island.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private heated backyard pool, where lounge chairs and a grill create an ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming, or evening barbecues. The serene poolside atmosphere offers a peaceful retreat after the bustling attractions nearby.



Resort amenities

Located within Solterra Resort, you enjoy exclusive access to a community water park with a water slide, lazy river, and cabanas, as well as a poolside café, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreation area.



Location

Just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld, the home places Orlando’s world‑famous theme parks within easy reach. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away, and Posner Park—with an IMAX theater, shops, and restaurants—is a 7‑minute drive. Davenport’s quiet neighborhood provides a convenient base for exploring the city’s vibrant nightlife, delicious dining, and bustling streets.



Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities.



The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs™ and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®.



The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure.

Kissimmee Station only 22 min drive!

Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) within a 27 min drive!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking.
