The Space:

Here the buzz of the city meets the calm of a private retreat, inviting you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills.

Bathrooms

Five full bathrooms serve the six bedrooms, with the master‑suite bathroom attached to Bedroom 3 and additional private baths for Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6. The remaining two bathrooms are conveniently located for the downstairs guests.



Living areas

Three family rooms provide comfortable seating and flat‑screen TVs, perfect for movie nights or a relaxed evening after a day at the parks. One room features a foosball table, adding a playful touch for all ages.



Kitchen & dining

The large, fully stocked kitchen offers ample amenities for preparing hearty breakfasts or quick snacks. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you enjoy meals under the Florida sky or at a cozy table inside.



Outdoor living

Your private backyard hosts a heated pool where you can lounge in the sun, swim a few laps, or simply soak in the serene atmosphere. A grill is ready for barbecues, and the poolside setting invites casual conversation and sunset views.

Resort amenities

Solterra Resort grants exclusive access to a community water park with a slide, lazy river, and cabanas, as well as a poolside café, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreation area.

You’re just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld, placing the excitement of Orlando within easy reach. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away, and Posner Park—with its IMAX theater, shops, and restaurants—is a 7‑minute drive. Davenport’s quiet charm and convenient access make this home the perfect base for families, friends, and adventure‑seekers alike.



Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities.



The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.

Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs™ and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®.



The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking.
