Bear Mountain House | Luxury, Hot Tub, Fireplace
Welcome to Bear Mountain House! Our new construction home was built with comfort and quality in mind from the beginning. Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home caters perfectly for 1 or 2 families with plenty of space to spread out. Enjoy the firepit or porch in the warmer months or snuggle up by the fireplace or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Located in the heart of the valley, our home is 3 minutes from N. Conway, 7 minutes from Storyland, 6 Minutes from Echo lake and minutes to hiking!
Enjoy our outdoor space, Pickleball court, hot tub, and fire pit!
We live in town if you need anything at all!
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
