Riverfront Lodge great setting, walk to downtown!

If you’re coming to Bend for a vacation, or business, why stay anywhere else! We will accommodate you even if it’s just you and a guest. This spectacular home is on the Deschutes River just North of downtown Bend on the mile long stretch of river just below Pioneer Park. This slow moving and breathtaking section of the Deschutes river is an Icon to those that live here and enjoyed by all that hike along her banks. The house has a private dock, kayaks and a canoe for your paddling enjoyment right off the back lawn.

The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 gas fireplaces, 5 full bathrooms, outdoor hot tub with river setting, indoor jetted tub with river view. There is also a steam shower in one of the upstairs baths. With 4 king sized beds, 2 double beds and 4 single beds, the home can sleep up to 14 comfortably. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with every utensil you could imagine, you won’t have to look twice to find what you need.

Walk minutes to downtown Bend or get on your bike and head to your favorite pub or restaurant. If you are here on business, you will be excited to know that the convention center is just a short distance away on the other side of the river, within 5 minutes walking distance. The Rivers Edge Golf course is also directly across the river and within minutes from the home. Take a 2 or 4 mile run around the river trail which loops from the home, through Rivers Edge golf course, up the western bank of the river and then back along the eastern banks of the river. If you’re a water enthusiast, get into one of the kayaks, or canoes and paddle up river to the first street rapids and back, you’re sure to see otters, swans and many ducks along the way. After you’re done exploring the outdoors, jump into the hot tub or just sit on the deck and look out at the spectacular view.

There are (7) TV’s, two with surround sound, DVD, VCR and stereo with built in speakers throughout. The kitchen has a commercial range with 4 burners, 1 griddle, 1 grille and 2 ovens, two dishwashers, a refrigerator freezer, microwave and convection oven along with a wine fridge in the island. The rec. room has a pool table, large deluxe feather cushion sectional for watching your favorite movies and a wet bar with sink and refrigerator. There is also a large gas BBQ on the upper deck right off the kitchen and dining room.

Your stay also includes the use of the 40’x30’ garage space which you can get 4 auto’s into and many bikes on the wall hooks if needed. (We supply several bikes for your use which are stored in the garage).
