The location is very easy access to the central train station. The apartment kitchen and dining room got a small but of noise from the trains, but the bedroom was very quiet. I was met at the property which made check in very easy. And the tip to find the grocery store at the train station (underneath Victoria Secret) was the best hidden gem!

Tomaso's apartment was everything we wanted and more. It was so close to the station but could not hear the trains from inside. It was very clean and tidy. Had great facilities including an iron and clothes airer. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. It even had a diffuser for the hair-dryer which is fantastic for those with curly hair. Tomaso was great to communicate with. He was quick to respond to questions and check in was a breeze.So happy to recommend.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan! It was bright and spacious, well kept and had everything we needed. The host was welcoming and responsive and the location was perfect!

It was a 10 minute walk to the train station, whick is primarily why i booked it. I had several day trips booked to nearby locations, bergamo, verona, Padova, Genoa and Bolonga. So the location was perfect for me. Check-in was easy and Rhaine was very helpful and informative. The apartment is large and spotlessly clean

A great place to book if you plan on doing day trips from Milan by rail. Tons of space and exactly as described. Communication, check-in and mid-stay follow up was very professional. Yes, there is train noise by day, but by bedtime it is quiet. The bonus is that it is entertaining to watch all the trains arriving and departing.

This apartment was on the 7th floor, but there was a lift, so that wasn’t a problem. It overlooked the train station/tracks, which I was afraid would be noisy, but wasn’t ( you could hear the trains, but faintly). We were very convenient to the trains and the metro (which was easy to figure out). The kitchen was easy to use: refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, and enough utensils to make a decent meal. Also, after 3 weeks on the road, we were happy to have a washing machine! I slept on the sofa bed, which was comfortable, my friend had the bedroom and slept well on that bed, so no complaints there. If there were any issue, it would be the number of different keys involved in getting in and out of the apartment/building (4 in all… slightly confusing). I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Milan.

Very spacious flat which can fit multiple people. Great location near train station and various food around. Tomaso was very helpful and prompt with responses, and check in and check out was very easy. Would recommend!

We loved having an apartment with kitchen and balcony. Overlooks Milano Centrale train station and tracks, but was very quiet and private. Owner and staff were very kind and helpful!

Perfect Spot to Explore Milan!

Tomaso’s apartment was the perfect home base for exploring Milan. The space was incredibly comfortable and made us feel immediately at home. Tomaso made the check in and out processes very smooth and easy and he provided great recommendations for the neighborhood. The location near the train station cannot be beat!

A real beauty!

We had one of our best stays here. The apartment is spacious, well stocked, and safe. We found great pizza near by and walked to downtown Milan, with no problems. The view from the Balcony is incredible. And Tomaso was helpful, so friendly, and welcoming. Thanks again!

Great flat for our three-day Milan trip

Beautiful, spacious flat conevniently near the Central Station (we arrived by train), elevator all the way to 7th floor. Tommaso was kind and helpful. Perfect host, perfect apartment.

amazing apartment!

Probably the best apartment stay we've had this entire trip. Super spacious and high ceiling apartment with large living dining and bedroom areas. Building and unit are VERY CLEAN. Spectacular views overlooking the train yard. Also very convenient walk to Milan Centrale transit hub. Check-in was efficient and hosts were available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Big apartment close to station

We really enjoyed our stay here. We did a couple of day trips so it was handy being close to the station. The metro is so easy to use in Milan that it was quick and easy to get to the more touristy parts of town. The apartment itself was large and very comfortable, only the shower was a bit small. Tomaso was quick to respond to any questions.

Great location near Milan Central Station

Nice and convenient to public transportation. Happy to have elevator to top floor. Great view of trains coming and going out of Milan; however, quiet at night. Host met us at apartment upon arrival. When we had a hot water issue, the host was able to come by and fix immediately. Mattress was comfortable in main bedroom.

A visit to the opera and other sites.

The flat was excellent and very well equipped. Perhaps a little further than described from the station but not a difficult walk. There are steps up to the ground floor where the lift starts but there is a good handrail. Tomaso was very welcoming and provided excellent support via email and whatsapp with a good booklet listing nearby restaurants and supermarkets etc.
