Spacious 55m² private 2-floor apartment in a quiet local alley next to Hanoi Old Quarter, within easy walking distance of Train Street, Hanoi Railway Station, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hoa Lo Prison…. Ideal for couples, families and small groups, the apartment offers privacy, authentic local character and great value in a central location. Also, you have super nice and helpful host who always try his best to assist you 24/7.

Inside, you’ll have a living room with Smart TV and 2 sofa beds, Wi-Fi, a kitchen with essential amenities, a downstairs shower room, an upstairs toilet (seperated from shower room), and an upstairs bedroom with 1 queen bed plus an extra mattress, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and is accessed via a traditional Hanoi staircase that is a little narrow, so it may not be very suitable for guests with heavy luggage or limited mobility. Best for guests who value an authentic local stay with more space and privacy in a central location, over a typical modern hotel room.

Dan was very responsive and communicative right at booking and throughout after booking he guided us by booking a car for us from the airport and ensured that we were comfortable even though we reached his place very late at night also throughout the stay he ensured that we were very comfortable and had everything we needed at the property it's a great location and I highly recommend Dan and the property thank you Dan for being a great host

I offer you a whole house with 2 seperate floors, 22m2 each. So it is really spacious, unlike the common studio room. It also has full amenities, and a friendly and helpful host who always try his best to assist his guests
