It was super fun we had our family that ranged from 84 to 7 months. It was great for everyone. The teens love the hot tub everyone loved the gym area. We went in the winter so the pool wasn't open but looked fun and the area is set up great. Can't say enough about how well we liked it. Micheal was very on top of things if we had any question.

A wonderful stay

We have stayed at Bear Lake 3 times and this property is wonderful. It has a beautiful view of the lake. It is new and clean and has a great pool and spa. And it is close to pickle ball courts.

Family Wedding FunThis property is beautiful with modern, spacious bedrooms and several private en suite baths. It is family friendly. Our grandkids loved the slide & basketball court, and spent countless hours in the private pool. Night swimming and hot tub were awesome! Michael (the host) was very responsive to questions or needs. It was the perfect location for a smaller-sized wedding. It offered a gorgeous wedding backdrop with unsurpassed views of beautiful Bear Lake. Highly recommended!

This is absolutely the BEST place for a family reunion‼ Non-stop fun activities & things to DO. We celebrated our 50 Wedding Anniversary here with our children & grandchildren. They had so many options for FUN. The best part was we could watch 3 of 4 different activities at a time. Pickle ball tournament, volley ball, swimming pool with a slide , hot tub, chess matches, 2 places to watch movies on large screens, etc etc. Everything for fixing meals for a large group. The pictures don’t come close to showing the grandeur and comfort of this BIG FRIENDLY GIANT! The breath taking views of Bear Lake make it a perfect spot to make memories with family.

The house was amazing for our early Christmas celebration. It was decorated with Christmas lights and a beautiful Christmas tree in the main living room. It was so nice to have that special touch. EVERYONE had something to do. The teens would disappear for hours and had so much fun in the gym and game room. The mess hall as my family called the dining area and kitchen were well-equipped for a large group. It was awesome to have 2 dishwashers and 3 sets of washers and dryers. Everyone had so much fun and that hot tub is AMAZING. It does fit a bunch of people. Watching the sunrise over that lake in the hot tub was breathtaking. We found ourselves just staring outside quietly because it was that beautiful! Every room was beautiful and there were beds everywhere! It was fun to hear the laughter and stories in the bunk rooms. The owner Michael checked on us and was available whenever we needed him. We had a couple of minor issues and he was so responsive. The house provided the foundation for everything to make the time we spent here so special. Loved every part of our experience and my family will never forget it! Thank you!!

This property was remarkable! From the time we drove up to the house until we left 8 days later everyone was as engaged and happy. I didn’t hear the dreaded words “I am bored “ once. There were 28 of us. The game room is amazing! The kitchen and eating area are spacious and well laid out.House is brand new and beautiful. Lots of space everywhere. Excellent house for family reunion

We held our 2025 family reunion here and it was wonderful. We have five children and 9 grandchildren. Each family had at least two bedrooms and their own bathroom. The kitchen seating area was very large and the kitchen well stocked. There are two refrigerators which was so helpful for all the drinks and food we brought. The kids loved the pool, indoor basketball court and the indoor three-story slide. Even the adults said it was faster to slide down than to take the stairs. The home is new and is designed very well. There are two areas for watching movies. There are covered patios / decks with plenty of seating. Michael, the host, called me when we arrived to make sure everything looked great. He was willing to answer any questions about the pool / hot tub gates and cover operation. The slide at the pool has water and is super fun. Excellent house with beautiful views of the lake and fantastic host. Highly recommend this property.

Best Family Reunion Ever!!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Besides being beautiful and luxurious, the heated pool, the slide, the Jacuzzi along with outdoor tables & seating gave us breathtaking views of the lake. The kitchen was large, functional and equipped with everything you would possibly need. The sleeping arrangements were fantastic. Loved the layout of the whole house. The bunk rooms for the children created memories to last for a lifetime. The adult rooms Had king size beds That were amazingly so comfortable. Forgot to mention the indoor basketball court and the game room. I could go on and on But no words can really describe how grateful we are to have had this experience.

Spring break 2025

We had a group of seven families from the Orlando area stay at the house. We had 17 kids and 14 adults and in a word… It was fantastic! The house is beautiful, even the pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the back deck is stunning and we spent a lot of time at the fire tables in the evenings, enjoying dusk and the occasional snowfall. The pool was made available to our crew and we enjoyed the pool and/or spa daily. Pool/spa are modern, up-to-date, and easy to use. The large kitchen and seating area accommodated our crew easily. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed using the gas stove top and two full-size refrigerators inside. We benefited with having two large sofa/TV areas with our big crew. There was one issue with one of the showers not working upon arrival, but it was resolved efficiently and quickly by Michael, the owner. We had a request for extra towels and we were promptly assisted. The beds are comfortable and each room is equipped with a sound machine to assist with noise. The kids were happy to find snow tubes in the garage and spent several fun evenings sledding on the hills in the neighborhood. Communication with Michael was easy and his responses were timely. The only suggestion that we could think of, is placing shades on the windows in the second floor TV room to block the light from the gym when we were watching a movie at night. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back.
