This newly renovated house, just steps away from Lake Erie, features convenient amenities including a fully equipped custom kitchen and onsite washer and dryer. Watch the amazing sunsets from the local water front just steps away or head to the beach a mile down the road for a fun filled day in the sun and sand. A fenced in back yard featuring a propane grill, propane fire table and plenty of seating provides a relaxing space for a meal or just visiting. Less than half an hour drive from wine country to the East or downtown Cleveland to the West, there is always something happening for everyone!
