Living area features a 75" smart TV that you can use with your own Netflix, Hulu, or other accounts. Cozy and comfortable couch features a queen size sofa sleeper if needed for additional sleeping arrangements.
Kitchen area has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic supplies, blender, crockpot, mixer, toaster, and 8 place settings of dinnerware, glasses and cups.
Dining room table provides seating for 6 comfortably.
Bedroom -Queen bed with linens and 32" wall mounted smart TV , that you can use with your own Netflix, Hulu, or other accounts as well.
Bathroom area has a tub/shower combo, towels & hairdryer provided.
Outdoor space - Large covered front porch has a table with 4 chairs. There is also 2 rocking chairs in this area for additional seating.
Outdoor propane grill - (propane provided)

The property is located only a couple of minutes from the marina and boat ramp. A perfect location if you’re there for the fishing, which we were. Bed was comfortable and the overall stay was comfortable.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay the weekend to go fishing at O.H. Ivie, look no further. Very spacious and quiet. Boat ramp access is literally just down the road and also close to Eml Creek Marina which has everything you need. The house was exactly as described and communication with host was flawless. We Will definitely be booking again in the future

Great place for small group!
Four brothers (60’s&70’s) that take a week long fishing trip every year…none of which wish to sleep in a bed with another! We made this place work nicely. One in the bed. One on the sofa. Two on air mattresses on the floor! Very well equipped kitchen….we didn’t discover the toaster built into the microwave for two days! Very nice big TV. Very cozy front porch. Plent of parking for boats. Just a few minutes from Elm Creek Marina.we did cut our stay short by a day due to weather.
