We had a wonderful stay on Long Island for our family reunion! The house was spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone in our group. The pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight, and the location was ideal, with lots of great restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. The owner was incredibly responsive and readily available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for a big crew. The location couldn’t be beat. Very accessible to the town and water. Would definitely recommend!

The house was immaculate and well stocked and the location was very convenient for us. Coffee shop within walking distance! Lots of room for the kids to run around! Working with Christopher was amazing. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even connected me with a source for baby items. Kitchen is great - lots of cupboards and an oversized pantry. Great appliances and plenty of dishware and glasses. We didn't get to use the large pool or the hot tub due to the weather, Only issue was that the four bedrooms upstairs all shared one bathroom (2 sinks) though there was a half bath downstairs and two ensuite rooms.

Perfect house for a gathering!

We had a small gathering of friends for the weekend and the house was very spacious and clean. Christopher was also super responsive throughout our stay with any questions that we had. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!

This place is a real hidden gem in Hampton Bays area. The location is superb. We caught the most amazing sunrise on the bay every morning with just a few minutes walk from the house to the bay. Chris is a wonderful host and every responsive. The house is spacious and the back yard is a private oasis. It is also just few minutes ride to the beach. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Bach Party

From the moment we walked in, we knew this house was the right choice for my bachelorette party. The spaciousness was a huge plus for our group of 14, and the house itself was amazing. The location was also ideal, adding to the overall experience. Christopher was a great host as well & any questions/concerns, we had he was very responsive. I would definitely book this house again!

PERFECT! STAY at this home!!!

This home was better than I expected. My family came together for a reunion and it fit all of us comfortably. The backyard is beautiful. The host really thought everything to make sure you were accommodated for an event or party. There’s plenty of parking and bathrooms. I high recommend that you book this home for your next trip to Long Island.

Very responsive host!

We enjoyed our family time here. There were a few minor issues that Chris responded to quickly and agreed to address before the next group stayed here. The majority of the house is new and very comfortable. The dinning room area and cottage room are part of the original part of the house and not as bright and cheery as the rest of the home. Overall a very comfortable stay here.

Our family stayed at this beautiful home while celebrating our daughter's wedding in the Hamptons, and it exceeded every expectation. The house was impeccably clean, thoughtfully appointed, and had more than enough room for our entire family to gather comfortably.The outdoor space was truly spectacular. The pool and surrounding landscaping created a peaceful, resort-like setting that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We also hosted a small gathering for family and friends as we welcomed them to the Hamptons, and the layout of the home provided the perfect flow for entertaining.One of our favorite memories was spending time together in the media room, cheering on the Knicks as they made their championship run! The grill was spotless and worked perfectly, making outdoor meals easy and enjoyable.Christopher was an exceptional host, kind, attentive, and incredibly responsive. He answered every question promptly and genuinely cared that our stay was seamless and special during such an important family occasion.I cannot recommend this property highly enough. If I could give it ten stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Christopher, for helping make such a meaningful weekend even more memorable.
