This waterfront apartment is set in a private marina next to the Killaloe Hotel and Spa with access to beautiful landscaped gardens and walkways. This 1st floor apartment is within a 10 minute scenic river walk to the picturesque towns of Killaloe & Ballina where you can enjoy pubs, restaurants, and fabulous views of the River Shannon and Lough Derg.
This apartment includes a private outdoor deck alongside the marina.
The space
The living area includes a flat screen TV with Sky TV, dedicated broadband, leather coach and arm chair. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, hob, oven, refrigerator, quartz counter top and Nespresso machine. A brand new en-suite off the mater bedroom was added in January 2023. The existing bathroom was also renovated and includes a walk-in shower with new tile. The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and bright. The private outdoor deck is a beautiful space with seating to enjoy a meal or just relax.
A travel cot and highchair are provided for families traveling with small children.
