This 1st floor apartment is within a 10 minute scenic river walk to the picturesque towns of Killaloe & Ballina where you can enjoy pubs, restaurants, and fabulous views of the River Shannon and Lough Derg. This apartment includes a private outdoor deck alongside the marina.
The space The living area includes a flat screen TV with Sky TV, dedicated broadband, leather coach and arm chair. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, hob, oven, refrigerator, quartz counter top and Nespresso machine. A brand new en-suite off the mater bedroom was added in January 2023. The existing bathroom was also renovated and includes a walk-in shower with new tile. The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and bright. The private outdoor deck is a beautiful space with seating to enjoy a meal or just relax.
A travel cot and highchair are provided for families traveling with small children.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. It was exceptionally clean, items included exceeded our expectations (an expresso m/c, clothes steamer etc). Before our stay, I chatted to the host, Sue, on the phone - a lovely lady who kept us all well informed throughout. Would definitely stay here again if ever I’m in the area.
Everything from start to finish was amazing. The flat was stocked with all the necessities & lots of extras! Sooo clean & fresh smelling. Sue even had a fresh apple crumble, milk & bread waiting for us. The location allowed us easy access to the central area with shops & pubs & restaurants. The farmers market was small but mighty! The crepes made my day! Everyone we met were so friendly. We will definitely come back but for a longer stay next time.
We loved this rental. The pictures online do not do it justice. Plenty of space for our group (2 adults and a 13yo) with an entire extra bedroom. Had everything we needed to cook, was super clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable, nice bathrooms and we loved the ability to set the heat in each room. It was so fun to see the boats first thing in the morning. The whole row of houses was so quiet. We didn’t hear another person the whole time we were there but the birds provided a great soundtrack. The walk into town was so pretty-views of the water along an old stone wall- and the town itself was picture perfect. Great food, baked goods and coffee. Easy drive into Limerick and to the Cliffs of Moher. We could have stayed here longer. The hosts were absolute gems and gave us such helpful information, which made our trip so much easier. We said that HabourView set our bar way too high to start off our trip! I would recommend this house to anyone. Thank you to our hosts!
