Kierland Greens - Luxury, 2 Bed, 2 Bath, first-floor condo w/ an attached 2-car garage right next to the Westin Kierland Golf Course. Stunning resort-style community with gated entry, a heated pool and spa, BBQ/picnic areas, and a fitness center! Fantastic location! Guests will be within walking distance to many stores, restaurants and the golf course! Close to Kierland Commons, The Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, and Westworld of Scottsdale. Dog-friendly ~ 1 dog up to 30lbs w/ pet fee.

Walking into the condo, you'll be delighted with the spacious floor plan and clean, cozy design. The kitchen, living room and dining area all flow together in one open-concept space.
The living room has a very comfortable leather couch with built-in recliners, with two lazy-boy recliners alongside it. Across from the sofa is a cozy, gas fireplace, and a 50" flat-screen TV. The living room has a door that opens to your own private patio which overlooks the Westin Kierland Golf Course.

The dining area has a wooden table that seats 4 people, and a breakfast bar across from it that has 2 bar stools. The kitchen is very spacious and has plentiful counter space. The kitchen has a wooden breakfast nook table that can seat an additional 4 guests. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer, and the entrance to the 2-car garage.

Down the hallway, you'll find the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed w/ a dresser, 40" TV, and two nightstands w/ reading lamps. The attached master bathroom will be sure to spoil you with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to form 1 king-sized bed. Twin and king bedding is provided, so guests can arrange the beds to their preference. The second bedroom has 1 night stand w/ a reading lamp, and a dresser chest. The guest bathroom has a single-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.

**Stays 21 days during May 1st through October 31st will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - The deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ The HOA requires additional information when occupying the home. We will reach out to you to request this information which includes vehicle information. Garage parking for 2 vehicles. There is additional uncovered parking spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the complex for a fee of $5.00 per day or $100 for the month. If additional parking is needed the fee is to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ This home is pet friendly with approval. Please remember to clean up after your pet prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. 1 dog only, must be 1yr of age or older, 30lb weight limit. A photo of the dog must be submitted to Casago for pet approval. $250.00 non-refundable pet fee applies.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Great Location
This property is well maintained and clean. The ground level location eliminated all steps for luggage, etc. The small patio facing the golf course was definitely a plus. We would absolutely stay there again.

Very good property. Nice pool. Great location. We had a great deal of problems getting a copy of our credit card electronically sent and we could not get the front gate code to work for several days.
