The apartment was located in a really great location -- quiet and peaceful but easy to access local restaurants and to get to downtown. Comfortable beds, very quiet, very clean -- lots of thoughtful touches. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!
Everything was great! I loved the location - it is actually one of my favorite neighborhoods in Baltimore and Nahimana was so responsive and welcoming.
Overall stay was great! Host was communicative, attentive and helpful. The place was clean, easy to navigate and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Our dog enjoyed her stay too.

It was a fantastic experience. The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly thoughtful and made sure everything was well-prepared for my stay, which made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Baltimore.
The space was tidy, the beds comfortable and there was plenty of water bottles in the fridge for us. The host was very quick to respond to messages. Overall, great stay.
Nice clean apartment. Nice neighborhood. The only criticism I have is being on the bottom floor there was a lot of noise above the apt in the form of walking. I feel it had to do with less insulation between floors. May not bother everyone but after the third day it became real annoying. All in all good place to stay for the price.
Stayed here for close proximity to Loyola. The apartment has convenient off street parking in a safe neighborhood and it just a 10 minute walk to campus.
Very clean. Simple & easy to get in the apartment. Code for doors were sent early (I didnt have to beg for them as I was approaching thw apartment). Great communication. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower & hot. Loved that the host had 6 bottles of water for us in the fridge to get us started.

The bathroom ceiling above tub had a big hole in it from a leak. We arrived Sat for a 5 night stay; manager said would be fixed Monday. Didnt hear from her; followed up, she said she'd let me know. Never heard back. Bathroom had bad odor. Someone had taped a piece of cardboard over the hole, but that came down the minute someone took a shower. Also: walls and ceiling are paper thin. Overall, this is NOT a “luxury” apt in any way, even with no hole in ceiling. Hallway needs better light about the stairs.
We appreciated the location and the proximity to the homeward campus. The unit is just as pictured in the photos but lacking some basic items. I would not call it luxury but adequate. The building is very old and the walls thin. Neighbors are heavy footed and up at all hours. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are very thin. The kitchen is adequate for heating food but does not have kitchen knives or any tools for preparing food. Something that was not clear is that there are stairs to the unit which is on the ground floor but also below ground. Upon entry you go up stairs and then inside the building you have to go down 6 very steep stairs which can be quite slippery. Ways to improve would be to provide a luggage rack or bench or something to put your luggage on. We had to put our suitcases on the floor because there wasn’t any other option. The bathroom is extremely tiny and there is no countertop for toiletries or an electric outlet.Towels were basic and stained. I would recommend this unit if you are looking for a clean place to stay short term near Homewood campus. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to inquiries.
