Brand new Modern Farmhouse nestled in the woods in the beautiful new Patriot Pointe neighborhood. Neighborhood amenities include a Clubhouse, Pool, Pickleball Courts, Playground, Pond, and Walking trails. Our house has 3 bedrooms with king size beds with your own en suite bathroom. Also, there is a bunk room for the kids with three bunk beds. Hang out on the giant back deck overlooking the woods or relax in the hot tub. A boat slip is included with the rental.

Most Relaxing Stay!

This property is amazing! It was so peaceful for a weekend away with friends. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the daybed swing on the back patio was a hit! I would for sure stay here again when looking for a weekend away with friends or family!

Beautiful house, exactly as listed

The house is beautiful with ample space. The kids loved the bunk room and the outside playspace, and being close to the community amenities. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The location I give 4/5 stars because there isnt a whole lot to Eufaula. But if you aren't looking to get out everyday, this is perfect. The house has a good stock of games and space for kids to scooter, etc.My one suggestion is to add supplies to the kitchen. For the # of beds, the cookware was not efficient - need more larger pots, some bakeware, more cups. Otherwise it was a great house!

This was our family’s 2nd stay at this home. It’s well kept with lots of extra touches. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub, and also the neighborhood pool. The air conditioning worked great and was refreshing to walk into after two long hot days on the lake. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying at Lake Eufaula.
