Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home spacious, check-in smooth, and appreciated the plentiful towels, linens, laundry baskets, games, and pickleball equipment. For future guests, we would like to clarify a few points. The home is accurately represented in the listing photos, including the furnishings and storage available in each bedroom. We do not advertise a dresser in every bedroom, and all the bedrooms provide closet and hanging space instead. We understand some guests may prefer additional drawer storage, but this was not an amenity represented or promised in the listing. The window coverings are also shown in the listing photos. We understand that some guests may be more sensitive to morning light than others, but individual sleep preferences can vary. Regarding the hot tub, it is not listed or advertised as an amenity and was therefore not included as part of the reservation. Unfortunately, it was not operational during your stay. We agree that outdated information in the guest book should have been removed and have addressed that. However, an amenity mentioned in older reviews but not included in the current listing should not reasonably be assumed to be part of a reservation. We value constructive feedback and continually work to improve the guest experience. We also encourage guests to carefully review listing photos, descriptions, and advertised amenities before booking to ensure a property meets their individual preferences and expectations.
