Cozy Cabin in Pinetop Lakes County Club

Your entire group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located cabin! Close to restaurants, golf courses, horseback riding and numerous hiking trails. Sunrise Ski Resort is a 20 min drive and only a 3 min drive to Hon-Dah Casino. We are pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.

The space
With all the details of home, our cabin includes: Board games, outdoor games, Grill, snow sleds, DVDs and books.

Guest access
Guest will be provided with a code to the front door.

Other things to note
Wood is provided for the indoor wood stove. Please do NOT burn pine in the indoor wood stove as it will produce soot. clean out when done. bucket out door No hot coal,Guests will need to provide their own firewood for the outdoor Smokeless fire pit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all windows, and blinds, put all furniture back where you found it.
All out door furniture please put back, and cover back up, and roll down shades after use, same with out door TV, as we get afternoon showers in the summer., Thank you and enjoy. 😉
No out door fires allowed at this time only propane fire Grill, and fire Rings.,Please Turn off split units Summer) Winter leave on @62 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind allowed inside the home, smoking out doors use ash trays
Please put any out door furniture back where you found it, if coverd please cover back up. Bring all used linen, towels downstairs to washroom
One trash bin at a time,No need to take trash out to curb we have trash service,on Monday if using fireplace clean out with bucket no coals in trash
