Gorgeous Home with River Access, Outdoor living, Hot Tub & Close to Wine Country
Beautiful home with dock access to the Willamette River, one block from Memorial Park and close to wine country. If you love outdoor living, you will love this home! Outdoor covered and uncovered living areas with large hot tub steps from the backdoor. Cool off at the dock or take a long walk on the trails in Memorial Park, both one block away. Very close to restaurants and shopping.
Bedrooms have plenty of closet space and are generous in size. Lots of windows throughout home and huge driveway for off street parking. Downstairs den has a pullout memory foam bed. Office space has a blowup mattress for use. Baby Grande piano shown in living area picture is no longer in room.
