Wonderful Family-sized Lake House!
Bring the family to stay in this beautiful home on Lake Nocona! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living areas, dining, eat in kitchen, huge yard (10 acres) with fire-pit, dock for sun-bathing or even fishing! Lake Nocona is a great place to relax and enjoy the water! There are public picnic areas around the lake and also public piers & boat ramps if you want to bring your own boat!
Feel free to use the fully stocked kitchen for those delicious meals or the gas grill on the patio to seer those steaks! The patio has plenty of seating (15) and also an outdoor fireplace for your enjoyment. Another nice feature of the patio are the professionally installed electric screens, making it a screened in porch if desired, keeping the bugs out!
There's plenty of family fun to be had with board games, a fire pit for making smores, cornhole or life-size jenga, movie night on the patio or a relaxing nap in the hammock!
Nocona, TX is a fun quaint little town with a friendly atmosphere! Don't miss stopping at the Red Roof Pizzeria or grabbing a yummy meal from Tres Nino's while in town! Coffee 217 hits the spot for your morning cup of joe - unless if you want to make one yourself with the Keurig found in the kitchen!
