3 BR Vacation Home on Golf Course with Backyard Oasis - Pool/Hot Tub/Fireplace.

If you want to get away from it all and enjoy Arizona, rent this gorgeous 2800+ square foot, open floor-plan vacation home. Recently remodeled in 2023, the open floor plan connects everyone together. The living room, breakfast room, and master bedroom all have sliding glass doors to the backyard oasis. Located on the 13th fairway in the Tonto Verde development, the backyard has a private pool, hot tub, covered patio, gas BBQ grill, and gas beehive fireplace. The landscaping is full of native plants, as well as an orange, grapefruit, and lemon tree. There is plenty of wildlife from hummingbirds to coyotes to keep you entertained.

The home has 2 master suites each with a king beds and private bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in closet, soak-in tub, huge rain shower, double sinks, and private toilet room. The other master suite has a private hallway with double doors leading to it. It also has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 pullout queen sofa beds. This room also has its' own bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace in the living room and large screen TV. There is also a TV out on the outside patio.

The backyard has a large covered patio with shade awnings. There is a large pool deck surrounding a pebble-tec pool and hot tub. There is a built-in gas grill and a gas beehive outdoor fireplace. There is plenty of patio furniture to seat 12 and pool toys for your guests. There is also a telescope for star gazing.

The home is located on the 13th fairway in the Tonto Verde development. There are plenty of public golf courses within 12 miles of the house. You can use the club house fitness center which has a heated saltwater pool and spa, 18-hole mini golf, bocce ball, pickleball with your rental. You can also eat at the clubhouse restaurant (formal and casual bar). Nearby Fountain Hills is only 9 miles away and downtown Scottsdale is 14 miles away. There are miles of mountain bike trails blocks from the house in McDowell Mtn Park and ATV and Jeep touring 2 miles away in Needle Rock Park.

Perfect desert retreat

The location and amenities of the property cannot be beat. Lori is quick to respond to questions and is very helpful. We enjoyed the hot pool and cold pool very much. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Desert Oasis

Beautiful home, refreshing pool, had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The clubhouse was nice, and the saltwater pool was perfect for doing laps. Highly recommend.

The home is beautifully appointed with everything you need. The hosts have made sure that the kitchen is well equipped. The atmosphere both inside and out is calming and relaxing. Gorgeous home & perfect golf coure

Lori's home was spotless, spacious and exactly as depicted on VRBO. We enjoyed the hot tub and taking early morning jaunts on the golf cart. Appreciate a pantry stocked with spices and basics (coffee filters) to eliminate having to purchase for a short stay. This home was truly the best vacation rental I've ever had in the Scottsdale area. Fountain Hills is a solid 20 minute drive, Scottsdale is 30 minutes.

Beautiful Property!! We loved everything about this house! The backyard & patio was our own personal resort!! It was the perfect spot for our family gathering for the holiday. Quiet Comfort

The house and property are beautiful, location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. Great hiking trails are virtually at your doorstep. Only downside for us, (which may not be a downside for everyone), is that there is only one TV in the house. Lori was super accommodating and so easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.

Tonto Verde: Great place to stay

Property was just as described. It is part of Tonto Verde development and is in a very quiet part of the development. It is a very nice home and perfect for two couples or up to six people. The only negatives were the fact that we were unable to play golf nearby and the lack of cable television (house has a Direct TV account.

We had a wonderful time at a great house in a great golf community! Lori made the whole experience extremely easy, having the caretaker meet us at check-in and show us all the in's and out's of the home. Enjoyed golf, especially the 18 hole putting green and wonderful family bocce ball tournaments. Hiking in the immediate area provided lots of wildlife viewing. Great restaurant on property that offered a full menu for takeout. Short drive to shopping and other restaurants. The peace a quiet Tonto Verde offered was a joy. We will be back again, and woudl recommend to all without reservation!

Absolute Paradise

From the moment we booked, Lori responded to every question we had. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable. The little extras like the bikes, golf clubs, and golf cart all made the house perfect for us. It is a little drive to dinner or the grocery but the tradeoff is a secure, quiet complex which we loved. It won't be our last visit to this wonderful home.

Great stay in a beautiful location, hosts who have everything turnkey and ready for you

House had beautiful grounds and pool area. They have provided access to golf cart and equipment, bikes, etc. - everything for a great stay! House is well set up for a family- multiple bed rooms and bathrooms with great central space in middle and plenty of room to eat and just be together. Cold time of year for the beautiful pool, but we used the hot tub a lot and it was great to sit outside and see the night sky. We loved having golf course and bike trails right on site. Rio Verde is aways out from some things but it is a beautiful neighborhood of very well maintained and landscaped homes. We are from outside Chicago, and we loved seeing all the Big Ten flags/gear in the neighborhood and everyone is super friendly and waves as you drive by. Short 15 min drive into Fountain Hills is easy for groceries and we cooked most of the time with COVID. When we did go to Scottsdale or Cave Creek, took about 40 mins, but was an easy drive. If I had any constructive criticism at all, it would be that pillows could use some replacing. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great House

Ver warm and comfortable home. Spacious with a nice easy layout. Location in Tonto Verde that is very relaxing in a quiet pleasant neighborhood. Home has all the amenities you could need. Location of Tonto Verde is a little far away from grocery stores- (at least 20 minutes) to Fountain Hills for stores etc. Backyard is large with pool, patios, BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture and extremely pleasant and relaxing. Met the owner , Lori, prior to actually checking in and she was wonderful, taking us through the house and grounds explaining everything. We were away from the house quite a lot doing sight seeing and visiting friends so did not get a true chance to enjoy all the amenities. Had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend to others

We didn't spend too much time actually in the house since we were mostly outdoors at nearby sites (hiking, golfing, etc.). We used the Tonto Verde club main pool, workout room and hot tub which are nearby. We did use the patio quite a bit for sunning and BBQing. House seemed to have all the utensils and appliances we needed. A real plus was the golf cart, so we could buzz around the community and still be "outside" without using our car.

The photos do not do this lovely home justice. Very comfortable, very spacious, on a quiet street, well maintained and equipped. How many rental kitchens have an entire drawer dedicated to barbecue utensils? Wonderful outdoor space with so many places to sit so you can enjoy the sun or the shade as needed. Loved the hot tub. Owner Lori was so helpful before our trip with tips and suggestions for our stay. We hated to leave. Hope we will be able to come back soon.

Perfect home for golfers, cycling, hiking, walking. Great club house! Personal pool and hot tub were great! Only suggestion is including propane cost in price not charging for use. We have never been charged for propane costs at our other homeaway places. Owner was very kind and cooperative!

Pictures do not do it justice!

Just returned from a week in Tonto Verde at this vacation home. It is a beautiful property with lovely landscaping. The interior of the home boasts high ceilings, is light and airy and has king beds in both bedrooms, a rare find. We felt welcome and at home and especially loved the access to the Tonto Verde clubhouse including the well appointed gym.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy taking the mountain bikes out to do some trail riding in the dessert or the road bikes and ride to Fountain Hills for morning coffee or into Scottsdale. The roads have nice bike lanes and there are plenty of bikers. Going jeeping has also been a past-time for our boys when they come to visit and trails are 2 miles away. Fountain Hills and Scottsdale are 10-15 miles away so you can get to almost anything you need in 30 minutes.

What makes this property unique

We love the quiet, relaxing atmosphere, the friendly people, the golf facilities. In addition the properties are not right on top of each other and not surrounded by cement walls. We love the backyard oasis setting for just sitting and relaxing. It is such a refreshing change from the MN winters.
