We stayed in BB for a week to visit our grandkids. The house was exactly as pictured on the listing. It was very clean and comfortable. The backyard patio was private and relaxing. The only suggestion I would make is that the bathrooms are small and the water is rusty. Even so I would stay here again anytime. Thanks Regina!

We did not find the property as advertised. The bathroom photos in the listing are not the real property photos - and there's a reason for it. Aside from being severely outdated and run down, there is water staining on the walls above the baseboard and the quarter round is soggy and pulling away from the corners. There was a lingering humidity and odor underneath the cleaning chemical odors. Standing at the laundry area and looking left, we could see into the "broom closet" a pile of debris among cleaning supplies and rat feces and cockroaches. The bedrooms looked updated but we did not feel safe staying there. We stayed about 15 minutes before seeking a hotel about 1am.I thank the host for immediately refunding my security deposit but I expect a full refund.

Guest did not stay in the property. She came to check in at 1 am. I have no idea what those concerns are as we have a completely remodeled unit. There is no water damage, no smell, no chemicals, etc. My cleaner went the next morning, took videos, and documented. The next guest checked in a couple days later with zero issues. I have a guest in there currently. I have no idea what the guest saw or thought that she saw. Thank you.

Lovely Stay!

Regina was extremely communicative, always offering to make our stay perfect and asking if there was anything we needed. The outside lounge area was our favorite spot to congregate, and the neighborhood was quite peaceful to do so! Thank you Regina!

Close to town but not a stand alone house. Great privacy in the backyard. Amenities were as advertised. Extra cleaning cost if you use the grill not disclosed.
