We are Acuity Property Management, a small two person company caring for a handful of beach homes from Pompano Beach to Boca Raton. This one is set up the way we set up our own: stocked kitchen, hotel-grade linens, baby gear waiting, and a fenced backyard built to be lived in.

Being small is our advantage. The same people who stage and check this home answer your messages, so when you write to us you get someone who actually knows the house, usually within the hour. We manage homes all over Pompano Beach, and this street is one of the quietest we have: a residential pocket where guests tell us over and over how peaceful it feels. And it still has reach: the beach is 8 minutes by car, and Pompano Beach Community Park is right around the corner with pickleball courts, playgrounds, lighted clay tennis courts, and the Pompano Beach Aquatic Center with its Olympic size pool.

The everyday stuff is just as close: Whole Foods and groceries a short drive, a movie theater nearby for rainy afternoons, and the city owned Pompano Beach Golf Course minutes away. On the water side, the Fisher Family Pier at sunset ends up in everyone's camera roll, boat rides run on the Intracoastal, and fishing charters leave from Hillsboro Inlet. Close to everything, next to nothing noisy.

It is the way the house removes friction for families. The backyard is completely fenced, with a pool that heats to 85 on request, loungers, a covered patio for the shade crowd, and a propane grill for burger night. The beach kit is already in the shed: chairs, a big umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels, because the sand is only 8 minutes away.

Inside, eight people fit without feeling crowded: a king bedroom with its own smart TV, a quiet queen room at the back, a twin room with a convertible bean bag mattress the kids fight over, and a full size sofa bed with a real gel mattress in front of the 75 inch TV. A high chair, pack n play, and stroller are already here, and the kitchen is stocked down to the knife block, the Cuban-style coffee, and the condiments.
