Beautiful 2/2.5 Townhome. Downstairs hosts the delightful kitchen, dining, living area, and convenient half bath. French doors off the living room display the grand view down the canal with nice seating and BBQ grill. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms. Master suite hosts a king size bed, private bath, and a balcony just outside the French doors that overlook the canal. Queen guest bedroom with a full bath in the hall. Dock your boat in your private docking space right off of the downstairs back deck with easy access to literally jump right onto your boat for a day of fishing or just cruising the canals and bay at sunset. Fish from your pier while you grill on the patio. Take advantage of two community swimming pools within walking distance. Minutes from downtown Rockport, the beach and Fulton. The ferry is 15 minutes away should you want to spend the day in Port Aransas or just go in for dinner one night (we recommend the Phoenix).
Take advantage of the Key Allegro boat launch as well as the many fish cleaning stations located around the property.
Most importantly un-plug, relax and enjoy!

Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all curtains, turn off fans and set AC to 76.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Always pull the grill out from underneath the above decking when using and please check drip pan for cleanliness prior to use to avoid fires.
Please do not "man-handle" the hurricane doors. Directions on use are taped to the door and you can always call me with any problems operating them
2 parking spaces only. #1404 and an additional space to either side. Car is subject to tow if in another's space. No boat trailer parking on property.

We checked in on Christams day and the host was quick to communicate with simple instructions, door code etc. The place was just as expected, clean, neat and comfortable. We utilized the boat slip and had no issues, everything was perfect, im sure we'll stay here again.

Leah has a nice clean Condo that worked perfectly for our family of 4. She had excellent communication. We loved the decks for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night!

The condo was perfect for our "old guys" fishing trip. Our boat was 20 feet away at the docking area, which made it easy for us to come and go as we wanted to. The condo had everything we needed and the outdoor deck space was a great place to relax after a day on the bay. Leah made the check in easy and encouraged us to call her if we needed anything. We will definitely be back.
