2024 Update | The Perch has four bedrooms and sleeps 10.
Our North Shore cottage is close to great restaurants, unforgettable views and sunsets, gorgeous beaches, three world-class golf courses, and family-friendly activities. You will love The Perch - the private wooded lot, the comfy beds, the deck hammocks, the fire pit, and the winding path that leads to our shoreside gazebo. Our cottage will provide an ideal getaway spot for couples, golf foursomes, and families.
The space
The Perch is beautifully appointed and will provide a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation experience.

Idyllic location!

We loved our stay at The Perch. Communication with Wes and Sandra was easy and responsive. The house is beautifully set up for guests and is a lovely space. The location is perfect and minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend a stay at this property!

Fantastic stay!

We had a great time at the property! The accommodations worked well for our 2 families with littles. The cottage was beautiful and well supplied. The eagles and bird watching on the way down to the gazebo was a highlight! Wes was friendly and very hospitable. Would definitely stay again!

Nature Aplenty

This property is situated on a private road in the country and a few minutes walk to a lovely gazebo on a coastal pond. A screened room with a dining table provided a wonderful spot to enjoy local lobster. Our hosts were wonderful people! Wes and Shirley provided lots of information about the area and we bought some lobster where Wes recommended. Access to the beach is about a 2 minute drive away. It is situated on the North coast of the island. Highly recommended!
