We are located in the thriving Normal Heights neighborhood with a Walk Score of 94. We are: - 5 minutes to North Park - 10 minutes to Downtown/Little Italy - 15 minutes to the beach
This house features two bedrooms, one with a master bathroom. Each has a queen bed. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway connecting the bedrooms. There is a large bonus space with a queen sleeper sofa for sleeping two additional guests. The cozy, private backyard with gas fire pit and grill and ambient lighting is a feature of the space. There is a large living room area that can comfortably seat several people, dining room, and full kitchen.
Guests will full access to the entire home and 1-2 parking spaces in the driveway. Street parking is also free in the neighborhood with no permit required.
This is a fully detached single family home so there are no shared walls. You will have the full house to yourself.
