Why they chose this property

Grove Park is a great little neighborhood in west Atlanta. This house is situated in a great spot on a wooded lot at the end of a nice little quiet street.

What makes this property unique

This is a very private, fun, old, quirky brick home sitting on a big beautiful wooded lot at the end of a quiet street. It was built in 1950 and has lots of character.

The home is furnished with a queen-size memory foam bed in the front bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the middle bedroom/office, and another queen-size bed in the back bedroom. The front bedroom bed is firm and much lower to the ground, the 1970s sleeper sofa bed in the middle bedroom/office is thinner and pretty firm as well, so make sure to test them all out before deciding who sleeps where! :)

The rooms are small but cozy, and the original hardwood floors sag a little in the middle of each room. If you're looking for a brand new, modern home, this is not the place for you.
