The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with a dishwasher for added convenience. The double doors can be opened to join the kitchen and outside patio and garden, where there is an 8 seat rattan table set and barbecue.

The living room is equally inviting, offering another large smart TV and two spacious L-shaped sofas, with double doors leading to the patio. Additionally, there's a generously sized utility room with a built-in washer and dryer.

The property comprises of six bedrooms, including 2 with double beds, 1 double bedroom with an ensuite shower, 2 with king-sized and single beds and 1 king-sized bedroom. There is also a large principle bathroom with a large bath tub and one additional bathroom with shower.
