The space:

Relax with loved ones in this peaceful, private, pet-friendly single-story home in laid-back Corona de Tucson. You can expect spacious bedrooms, memory foam mattresses, fresh linen and towels, an open workspace and family area, a smart TV, a stocked kitchen, and a cozy turf yard with a fire pit and grill.

The large bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and spacious closets. There is also a queen air mattress available.

The large main bathroom is attached to the main bedroom, and the second bathroom is off the hallway near the guest bedrooms. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels are provided.

The kitchen has coffee, tea, essential cooking oil and spices, common appliances, dishware, silverware, and cookware.

The spacious yard has turf, a grill, and a fire pit with chairs. There is a pet door that connects the dining room and the backyard. Wood and fire lighter can be picked up at Ace Hardware right around the corner. Enjoy the breathtaking night sky during your stay, thanks to no light pollution!

Fast WiFi, smart washer/dryer, printer/copier, SimpliSafe security, and a 2-car garage on site. Are you bringing little ones? A foldable crib/playpen, pack-and-play, and high chair are provided. Find them in the hallway closet, which also contains basic cleaning supplies.

The area:

The home is in a quiet, family-friendly, and walkable neighborhood surrounded by mountains and cacti. You'll only be 15 min from Sahuarita, Vail, and I-10 for easy access to downtown Tucson and nearby shopping centers. The home is 30 minutes from Sonoita's world-class wineries and 45 minutes from Saguaro National Park East. Enjoy excellent hiking and birding in Madeira Canyon and Patagonia, catch a race at the drag strip, or attend a festival at the nearby Pima County Fairgrounds.

Access, Parking and Security:

A custom door code will give you access to the entire home except for a small owner's closet. Plenty of parking is available in the garage and driveway, but overnight street parking is strictly prohibited. Please note the property has three security cameras: one on the doorbell, one in the garage, and one on the wall monitoring the covered patio area. Please do not tamper with any of the cameras. They are there exclusively in case of a break-in or emergency.

We had a most lovely time at this sweet Casita! Plenty of room, excellent location, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back patio often, had fun cooking together in the kitchen, shared meals and games in the dining room, everyone slept well in the comfy beds.. We were so delighted with this place.

This was a great location for us. In a good, quiet neighborhood, near family for the holiday, golf course, and a national park.Comfortable bed and the house was stocked with all the necessities but lacks attention to the little details that make the stay exceptional. The house was clean and located exactly where we needed it to be. The only complaint is how tight the driveway is with the bushes on both sides when trying to park 2 trucks. We would definitely stay again though. Thank you!

Tucson visit

The house was very clean and well stocked. The backyard was good for us and our dog. We appreciated not having a 20lb.weight limit for him.The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a small park within walking distance.We could not figure out the bathroom lighting and the garbage and recycling bins were full on arrival.The bedroom was very comfortable.We would stay here again when in the area.

This house was very, very clean. (sometimes that's the ONLY important thing, right?) It does need a bit more love to make it home-like rather than hotel-ish. Much of what we were disappointed with was attention to smaller details: lights not working, knives not sharp, some tissues, etc. Certainly nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. That said, as property owners ourselves, we gave detailed feedback directly to the owner so guests in the future might have their expectations exceeded.
