The Space:
This Northglenn retreat is thoughtfully designed to accommodate large groups, families, and pets with ease. The multi-level layout ensures a balance of communal gathering areas and quiet, private retreats.
Key Features:
Four Bedrooms: Includes two primary suites (one King and one Queen) and two additional King guest rooms.
Three Full Bathrooms: Each equipped with showers and one equipped with a bathtub/shower combo- all stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Chef-Ready Kitchen: Features stainless steel appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware and a fully-stocked coffee bar with both a Keurig Duo & Nespresso coffee machine.
Indoor Comfort: Living area includes a plush sectional, an electric fireplace, and an HD Roku TV.
Private Backyard: A fully fenced oasis featuring a luxury hot tub, wood-burning fire pit, and propane BBQ grill.
Work & Connectivity: High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair.
Pet Amenities: We provide a doggie bed, treats, and waste bags for your four-legged companions.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms-
The home is distributed across three levels to maximize privacy:
Upper Level Master: Occupying its own level, this suite features a Cali King bed, walk-in closet, and a private deck with mountain views. The en-suite bathroom includes a standing shower. This room has a small sofa that can turn into a single bed.
Main Level: Two spacious bedrooms with King beds and ceiling fans share a large hallway bathroom equipped with a soaking tub and shower combo.
Lower Level Queen Suite: This finished basement space includes a Queen bed, a twin-size fold-out sofa, and a full bathroom with a shower. It also serves as a secondary lounge area with a large TV and a selection of board games and books.
Kitchen and Living Area: The open-concept main floor flows seamlessly from the entry into the dining and kitchen area. A large dining table serves as the central hub for group meals. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick snacks to elaborate dinners.
The adjacent family room provides a cozy atmosphere for movie nights. A separate laundry room provides a full-sized washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Outdoor Living: Access the private back patio through sliding glass doors in the kitchen. This fenced outdoor space is perfect for summer evenings, offering a large hot tub, comfortable patio furniture, and an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. Start a fire in the wood-burning firepit and make s'mores for dessert!

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard- there is shed where you can keep your gear.
There are 2 areas that are locked from guests- the garage and the closet in the basement.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, its built on top of one of the many cascading hills leading into Denver. You will see some of the most gorgeous views of the Denver skyline. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful so please respect our neighbors. The home across the street has a large yard and basketball court- this is private! Do not trespass to use the basketball court!
Getting Around:
The nearby bus and extensions of the public transit are less than 5 minutes away. Head 10 minutes down the street to Westminster Promenade or Denver Outlets for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I-25 is just around the corner and a quick connection to all the extended adventures Colorado has to offer! We are located north of Denver between 104th and Thornton Parkway.
*We are located about 20 minutes North of Denver and 30 minutes from the Airport, and 25 minutes from both Golden and Boulder. *

*There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
**We love pets! But please let me know when you're bringing them with you. There will be an additional PET FEE of $150.00 per pet per stay. We provide doggy bags, please help keep our yard and home beautiful.
