Beach Access:
• Located at the main beach approach entrance
• 1-minute walk to get your feet in the sand
• In the heart of Downtown Long Beach

Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

Pets:
• Sorry, pets not allowed
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• Only ONE parking spot is available
• COMPACT VEHICLES ONLY
• No garage available
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• Pack-N-Play available, No Baby Gates, No High-Chair

• Downstairs: master bedroom with king bed, plus a twin roll-away bed in the closet, and the chair in the room folds down to a twin-size bed, best fit for a small child.
• Upstairs: kids' bedroom with a bunk bed (twin-over-full)
• Bonus: Living room with sofa bed.

• Bathroom 1: on the first floor with shower and double vanity
• Bathroom 2: on the second floor with shower/tub combo
