Cozy and private setting on Lake Chapin with access to fishing from a private pier. We have an abundance of deer, wild turkey, squirrels, rabbits and birds surrounding the home. Grill, eat, drink, play games, read and enjoy loved ones from the vast deck overlooking Lake Chapin. Step inside to the warmth of a traditional feeling home well stocked with most of what you might need to fully enjoy your stay. After a fun day of activities, nap in any of three lazy boy chairs or just park a chair in the lawn and watch the boats fly by. You might see an Eagle soar the river searching for fish or an easy duck to grab. Sprawling open floor plan with a walk out basement to a nice concrete patio. Xfinity internet with two smart televisions on each level. Nice table for playing cards in the basement. We have games available and Amazing wooded or water views from every window. Centrally located to wineries., the Race Track, Lake Michigan beaches, antiquing, restaurants and so much more.
