The space
Located in a quiet town with plenty of exciting activities nearby! Just a quick 20-minute drive from the stunning Mt Wachusett, perfect for skiing and hiking. Lake Tully is only 10 minutes away, perfect for kayaking and exploring the trails. Plus, Walmart's a mere 5-minute drive for any last-minute essentials.

Our place sits on a quiet street – great for leisurely walks and bike rides. Downtown's just 5 minutes away, so you're never far from local shops and hidden gems.

Feeling a bit daring? How about some skydiving adventure? Yep, we've got that too! Whether you're here for the chill vibes, retail therapy, or a dose of adrenaline, our house is your comfy home away from home.

New, Clean, Convenient

This was an excellent and well-equipped house. Communication was excellent. The only thing that was not included in the description was the proximity to the construction company. The workday begins early in the morning and involves the movement of construction equipment behind the house and along the adjacent driveway.

Wonderful!

Lovely house with plenty of space for all to relax, feel comfortable. There is a nice firepit area in the backyard, which we did use one night. We did not use the hot tub, but there were very nice detailed instructions on how to use it. Check in was a breeze, host was fantastic. We were in the area for a high school graduation and the house was our base for all the events at the school. We stayed two nights. Could not have been more pleased with the host and the house. If you are in this area, book this house, you will be very happy.

Perfect oasis for our guests!

We rented Sean’s place for overflow guests at a weekend celebration and they raved about everything. The house is beautiful, super comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed without being at all cluttered. They were thrilled with the thoughtful coffee selection for the Keurig and were impressed with the tools and appliances in the kitchen since they had some cooking to do for the parties at our house. All in all a very relaxing and pleasant stay. One note: the house was clearly recently built, so the shrubbery or fencing we’re sure Sean is planning isn’t in yet and the property is a little bare, but in March in New England they didn’t spend any time outside so it didn’t detract at all from their stay. Can’t wait to see further enhancements to the yard; they are sure to be equally wonderful. Thanks, Sean — we will be back!
