The Space:
The lakeside house in Osage Beach sits on a quiet edge of the lake with a private dock. Plenty of delicious surrounding restaurants and fun bars for all your exploring needs. Short drive to Margaritaville and within 10 minutes, find major retailers like Walmart, Starbucks, Target and more.

About the space:

Three bedrooms offer a haven of comfort, each with its own charm and storage space. Two bedrooms, with a king and queen bed, come with brand new flatscreen TVs. The one with the king size bed also features its own private bathroom. A third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, plus two removable trundle beds. Another bathroom is easily accessible from any of the bedrooms.

Additional sleepers are in the game room, as a pull-out couch and a sleeper sofa. The game room also features a brand new 65-inch flatscreen TV, a balcony door onto the backyard deck and a doggy door. Also in the game room you'll find a convertible all-in-one air hockey, foosball, pool table, and plenty of additional seating. There is a full size foldable table tennis/ping pong table in the garage for your pleasure, as well.

Fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking needs (e.g. oil, sugar, spices) with a dishwasher and new appliances. Washer and dryer are also available.

Dining room has a large dining table with chairs. There is a smaller table in the kitchen, as well.

The backyard is fenced in and has a private gate leading to a path that will take you down to the private dock and lake. A grill is available on the patio deck for your enjoyment. You can also fish and swim off the dock and there is a slip available if you have a boat. Please remember to have your fishing license.

This property includes a 10'x20' community dock!

Things to note:

This is a pet friendly property ($100 pet fee)

The neighborhood does not have street lights, so please be careful driving at night. There are deer that gather along the road and you must drive very slowly with headlights on for maximum visibility.
