**Please send a message FIRST to confirm date availability BEFORE sending a booking request-thanks!**☺️ Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with direct access to the beach and Oceanfront pool! Located in Southbeach building, our condo is next to the oceanfront condo, and boasts a private patio accessible through sliders. Enjoy your coffee or book on patio or walk a few steps to the Oceanview Terrace and enjoy there!

Seapointe Village features a beautiful, clean, private beach, one indoor pool, three outdoor pools, a kiddie pool and multiple hottubs throughout property. Two of these hottubs are steps from our condo! Our building features a gym.

Enjoy countless amenities such as the kids playground, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court and bocce. There are multiple grills throughout complex. Seapointe offers private swim and surf lessons and yoga, for a fee.

Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available.
There are two outdoor fire pits on property, an Oceanfront pit as well as a firepit by Center Court- which is great for S’mores!

Cable TV in living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. Free Internet/ Wi-Fi
5 beach /pool badges are included with the rental.

Seapointe Village is a gated community with 24 hour security.
Within walking distance enjoy mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, a convenience store, liquor store, and beach bars. The Boardwalk is a five minute drive.
Just ten minutes away is beautiful Cape May which boasts countless shops and amazing restaurants.

One vehicle is permitted in the complex. Additional (free) street parking is located just outside the village.
Absolutely no pets are permitted in the condo.
Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit AND immediate vacancy of unit without a refund. No Smoking or parties are permitted.
No additional guest that are not listed on contract are permitted.
Guest must agree to Seapointe Village Association Rules and Regulations.
All rentals have a returnable $500 Security Deposit.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday In-Season: check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
Rental requirements: a signed contract and photo of Drivers License.

Charming and relaxing

This location was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away. The furniture was comfortable, the home was clean and the beach access was perfect.

Great Vacation

Our stay was excellent, the condo was given to us in pristine condition and everything worked out perfectly. The host was very helpful in providing check in directions as well as good restaurant suggestions. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the wildwood area.

Great condo and location

We booked a last minute stay in the terrific Cape May condo. Jamie was wonderful to work with and it was a please staying there. The location can't be beat, walk out the door and you are on the beach. We will be back!! Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Destination

We had a wonderful stay at this condominium. The property was clean and luxurious as well as the people being very friendly. Our home was spotless and the property owner was very attentive to our questions and check in process, as well as maintaining communication through entirety of stay. We were just steps away from the cleanest beach in New Jersey which is also wheel chair accessible making it effortless to bring all of our beach necessities.

We will be back!

This is our third year coming to Seapointe, and our favorite stay yet! This condo fit our family's needs perfectly. Having 3 children 5 and under, the ground floor sliders right to the beach and pool were key to us enjoying our stay. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we thought the king bed was super comfortable. The condo is beautifully maintained with coastal decor throughout and thoughtful touches. The owner was also very kind and helpful in communications. The location couldn't be better- we love seapointe and will absolutely be booking this condo again!

Comfortable condo with a premier location near pools, beach and workout facilities. The condo community is very well maintained and has lots of fantastic amenities (pools, hot tubs, tennis, playground, etc). Just a heads up that linens, paper products and supplies are not provided (I’ve learned this is typical for the area). This was a bit more of a challenge for us since we were flying in from out of state, but overall wouldn’t keep us from returning. More of a helpful hint for other out of state travelers who might not be aware of this unique “quirk” of the Jersey shore VRBO market.

Just a few steps to the sand

What a beautiful condo that fit our family of 6 perfectly. It was extremely clean and inviting. The proximity to the breach cannot be beat. Sliding doors lead to a private patio where you can keep your beach stuff and its a few short steps to the sand. The owner was in constant communication and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this property!

Beach condo in a resort setting!

We loved this property! Perfect location - it was great being on ground level with the pool and beach right outside the door. The facilities are excellent and impeccably kept. Wonderful getaway

We just enjoyed a three night stay at Seapointe Village in this unit, and our stay was perfect. The unit is exactly as described, with a well stocked kitchen, ample space to sleep and relax, and a very beachy vibe. The location is perfect: close to the pool, hot tubs, grill area and beach. The patio is perfect for outdoor dining or chilling out, and having the option to enter/exit through the sliding doors is so convenient. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at Seapointe Village, and I highly recommend Seapointe for a fun getaway. We will defintely be back.

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful, clean condo with lots of local amenities. Kids loved the outdoor pool and splash pad. Pool and hot tubs right next to unit! Walked most places and short drive for groceries. Beautiful beach with lots of dolphin sightings! Thoroughly enjoyed our week!!
