2/10 Terrible

A total lie!
The listing on the VRBO site said this was an entire house and that there were three bedrooms with two double beds in each bedroom and three bathrooms. It said the property had a hot tub. So there was an exercise room. The only thing that was true is that there was an exercise room with three barely functioning treadmills two sets of dumbbells And a wobbly bench. This was actually a hotel and although it was right in Times Square it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The staff of the hotel was wonderful and very friendly, but unfortunately, their property was awful. The elevators did not function properly most of the time we were there. The air conditioner never got the room below 74. The ice machine did not work. The sheets were dirty. We were very disappointed. These people promised us an entire house and had their property listed like it was more of an apartment than three separate hotel rooms. They basically bought the rooms from the hotel at one price and charged us an up charge. Be sure not to rent any properties from these people. The hotel itself might be OK if you’re willing to accept a little bit less in exchange for a location right in Times Square. Also, the photos listed on the listing must’ve been taken from the day. The hotel was opened 40 years ago. Nothing that we saw on the website resembled what we actually saw in real life.
