Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ Check-in is available from 04:00 pm. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

✦ You may keep your luggage at the front desk if you arrive early.

✦ Fitness center is available, available in the property.

✦ Paid valet parking – 1 space(s), available for $72 per day.

There are several additional things to note:

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $100 per night refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ A mandatory resort fee of $45.90 per night will be collected upon check-in, not included in the daily rate.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $200.00 (per pet per night).

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The maximum number of days that you may book per reservation is only 28 days.

✦ Manhattan Times Square renovations continue until summer 2027, floor‑by‑floor plus lobby. Work runs 8am–5pm. Guests must raise issues with front desk during stay. Breakfast reservations include daily Grab & Go pastry, fruit & beverage.
