Walking distance to parks, nature trails, grocery stores, pastries, and restaurants. Easy access to highways. 10 minute drive to DC landmarks and Regan airport. 7 minute drive to Pentagon and metro. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with coffee/tea station. Spacious deck/patio. Free driveway and street parking.

Two levels. Four bedrooms (Bedroom 1: king bed with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, queen bed. Bedroom 3: full bed. Bedroom 4: two twin beds). One queen sofa bed, one double futon and one twin futon in living rooms. Blinds and blackout curtains.Three full bathrooms.

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances (gas stove, double ovens, dishwasher, air fryer/toaster, coffee machine/K-cup brewer with complimentary coffee/tea, KitchenAid stand mixer, Vitamix blender, microwave, new refrigerator with ice maker, pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, variety of pots and pans, well-stocked spice cabinet). Dining table for 8-10 people.

Front load washer and dryer, with complimentary laundry detergent.

Two living rooms. One activity/play room. Two 65 inch high definition flat screen TVs with Roku. A third 40 inch TV with Roku in a bedroom.

The house was in a great location in Arlington, close to the bus line and a short ride to the national mall. The house itself was great with plenty of room and areas for us all to get together. Kitchen was well done, well stocked with top line appliances. There see re two outdoor seating areas which we used every evening. Overall we would highly recommend the property.

Love this house!After a long day of touring, this place was a welcome respite and very comfortable for our family of 6. The neighborhood was quiet with a park, a playground and a basketball court across the street. The landscaping was beautiful and we had a daily early morning visit by the neighborhood fox!!Annie was personable, responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. If we make a return trip to DC, I would not think of staying at another VRBO.
