About this property

Townhouse on lake close to beach, shopping, restaurants and hospital

Bring your family or friends to this centrally located gated community. This rental unit is furnished like our home. It is cozy and comfortable. Amazing view from lanai and back windows of lake and stunning sunrise, each and every morning. Short walk to the pool, 5 miles to the beach ( bicycles available, or use the trolly). Walking paths, golfs courses, tennis and pickleball, gym all very close.

The majority of our renters are repeat visitors. Each of our rentals has a house manual inside with farmers markets, rules, regulations, suggestions for restaurants, shopping, activities and local attractions.

Townhouse in fort Myers Sail Harbour

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt un sauber. Leider haben wir ein anderes Haus bekommen wie bestätigt. Das Haus war o.k. von der Lage. Die Möblierung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Zugang zur Anlage war auch schwierig, bis wir einen Barcodesticker für unser Auto bekamen. Diesen mussen wir bei der Hausverwaltung selbst abholen.Waren 2 x dort, da der 1. Sticker falsch war.Den Müll muss man durch die Garage an die Straße stellen Straße stellen, das Garagentor ließ sich nicht öffnen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es etwa 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Wir würden wieder dort hinfahren, aber in ein anderes Haus.
