Brand new construction built in 2023 twin home located close to the University of Utah, walking distance to public transit for easy access to downtown and the entire City. Close to ski resorts. Property features high end finishes and plenty of space for a large group. Property features three floors that you can stretch out in with three large bedrooms and three bathrooms. 1 Car garage included as well as a small yard in the back to spend some time.

Highly recommend staying at Rachel's place. She is an amazing host and the place was perfect for what we needed. Great location close to the University of Utah and downtown. Beautiful new construction, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. You won't be disappointed

Great Modern House

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful new house conveniently located to all Salt Lake City attractions. We also drove to Park City from this location for several days. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!
