The Hooker Hotel is a fabulous 2 king bedroom guest SUITE (private vacation rental apartment) designed, built, and decorated in true Delta style by local artisans. The 745 square foot, ground level (no stairs) flat is constructed in the circa 1897 Clarksdale Telegraph Building at Second & Delta in the heart of the Historic District downtown. Featuring 2 large private bedrooms with Beauty Rest mattresses and Magic Fingers, hardwood floors, diner booth from a classic diner, elegant velvet sofa, 4-foot X 5 Foot custom river pebble shower, new bath and vanity, Central heating and air conditioning, refrigerator, gas oven & stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, Broadband wireless internet, HD flat screen TV with Roku and Netflix. 400 count 100% Cotton Sheets, Hypoallergenic Pillows, and 100% Cotton bath towels. We feature original artwork by many Mississippi artists (painters, photographers, designers).
The Hooker Hotel is professionally cleaned and maintained.

Located across the street from Hambone Art Gallery and around the corner from restaurants Yazoo Pass, Stone Pony, Grandma's House of Pancakes, Bluesberry Cafe, Hooker Grocer and Levon's Bar and Grill. Blues clubs Ground Zero Blues Club and Red's Juke Joint are within a 4-minute stroll. The New Roxy and the Delta Blues Museum are within 3 blocks. There is a wine and spirits shop, plus a convenience store within the block. Stores such as CatHead Delta Blues &Folk Art, Collective Seed & Supply, Delta Creations, Magpie Gift & Art, and Nellie May's are all within one block of our front door. Drive down in the mid-morning and enjoy a stroll around the museum, ; drop by Dockery Plantation for a quick see as you head back to Clarksdale by 3:30pm - 4:00pm for a rest. Then it's restaurants galore, live "real deal" Mississippi Delta Blues (365 days/year), bars and shopping all within a 5 minute walk from the Hooker Hotel front door. No reason to drive.........leave your car parked out front of your guest suite and stroll from venue to venue and enjoy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all used towels in the bathroom floor.
All garbage should be placed into bags, and dirty dishes placed in the sink.
Leave one key inside and use the other to lock the door behind you. Drop the key into the mail slot of Squeezebox next door - the door to the right of yours when facing it. The slot has "108" on it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Property cancellation policy-14 days (100% refund); 7 days (50% refund of total rental period and amount, not 50% of amount paid).

A sister property to the Squeeze Box and Delta Digs, The Hooker Hotel was launched in September 2014. This historic building is located on the corner of Delta & Second, the best location in downtown.
