This house is perfectly between Boston and Cape Cod, a commuters dream, conveniently located in South Braintree Square, surrounded by local eats and nearby shopping. Come explore, eat and sleep all in a single stay!

Step into the open concept living room and dining area. You're greeted with a comfy couch, large flat screen smart TV and Foosball table.

First floor also includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, newly updated full bathroom with standing shower. To the side of the kitchen, an office with futon. The couch in the living room is also a pull-out bed.
Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms w/ Full size beds, spacious full bathroom with bathtub.
On the top floor, the master bedroom with King size bed, Smart TV and small private patio with a view of the neighborhood.

We use electronic door locks and you will be issued a door code prior to your stay.

There are outdoor security cameras.

House is in quiet private way, off the main road, but next to a lumber yard and mechanic shop.

The occasional rumble of the nearby train tracks can be heard but quickly dissipates.

Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance.

Great location in a nice small town outside of Boston. Location is great for access to nearby public transit - 4 min. drive or 10 min. walk away. We stayed here to be close to the Lovell Arena and it was perfect. I enjoyed running outdoors each morning through the town.

First, we had to leave because we thought we smelled gas. By the time the fire company came, and the gas company came and cleared the house. We had already left the house to go to dinner. The kitchen was filthy. The blender blade had rust on it. The washing machine smelled very bad and when you pulled back the rubber, you saw a ton of mold. In the bathtub when you took a bath, black things floated in the tub, which was also mold. But the most disturbing thing was, I asked for compensation from the host and was denied.

Convenient location

Enjoyed our stay in Boston. This home was close to red line which made it very easy to get downtown and avoid traffic. Host was very helpful with all of our questions

Would Stay Here Again

This was a very comfortable home for our group of 6 who came to the Boston area for a concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. The living and kitchen areas on the main floor provided a nice gathering space. The foosball table was a plus. Relatively easy to Uber to and from the stadium and a short drive to sightsee in Boston. Easy walk to a couple of quality eating places in Braintree.

Weekend in Boston

This was a great property for our needs. It had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable for a group of 8, with the added bonus of a foosball table. It was an easy trip into the city and had great things in the local area as well. Quiet neighborhood as well.

Marvelous Stay

My sisters and I were in town for a wedding, and decided to stay in Braintree. The house was cozy and clean. The foosball table was a plus. My 10 yr old niece and her uncles had a great time hanging out. Would highly recommend this house to anyone thinking about staying in the area. It's less than 10 minutes from the highway and South Shore Mall. It also has plenty of parking spaces and Dunkin is down the street.

A wonderful place to stay!

Our daughter was playing at a Volleyball tournament in the Boston Convention Center. At 30 minutes away it was the perfect distance. Not too close to the city and not too far away. The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. Host was VERY polite and communicated very well. Braintree is a great town with everything you would need. Highly recommend staying here! We are so glad we found it!

The house is lovely and coffee pods and staples like sugar were very much appreciated. The main 3 bedrooms are on upper levels, with the king size bed being in a lovely 3rd floor private loft. The bathrooms are on the main and second floor and offer specious room. There is a smaller room on the main floor by the kitchen that we used as an office but also has a futon couch available. Access through a key lock entry made things easy for the comings and goings of our family. Being able to bring our dog was a must for us. The neighbourhood does not have nice walking areas, even though the property has a small green space area for quick trips outside with our pooch. We are a family that likes to walk a bit and the neighbourhood lacked a bit of a pretty loop. We walked up to the pond that is a street up, and learned that the park area there is only available to everyone in the off season. Something to remember if you come in the summer. Shopping is within 2 minute driving distance, so if you are into that it’s perfect. Our host was very responsive and accommodated a special request as able. The place is close to the commuter train, auto body shop, and the street backs on to a Hardware store. All in all we were happy to be able to stay here as we were visiting family in the area.

A lovely suburb to Boston

Braintree was such a cute quaint town close to Boston! The house was perfect for our party of 7. The house is walking distance to a McDonald’s and close to a Walgreens and restaurants, etc. The area felt private and very safe. House was clean and nicely decorated. Bedrooms were all nice and cool with their own A/C units. Communication with host was smooth with quick responses. I highly recommend this place!

Peaceful, relaxing stay

My husband was scheduled for surgery at Tufts Medical Center and the location of this property was perfect. We were both anxious and stressed about the upcoming procedure. It was so nice to have such a beautiful, comfortable place for ourselves and our 2 precious dachshunds. My husband had to stay at the hospital which left me alone at the house. I felt safe, comfortable and the owners were available to answer any questions I had. Thank you for making a stressful time more comfortable
