This Penthouse has a rooftop terrace and hot tub, lounges and umbrellas. The views from the terrace include Cabo’s main Medano Beach with all of the water activities. At night, you have a view of the city and mountain lights.

Within walking distance of the property are many restaurants on the beach and within town or the Marina area.

The space:
This comfortable condo sleeps 6 and both the Master Bedroom King size bed and the Second Bedroom has both a Queen and a Double size bed. The living room a new comfortable couch.

We have supplied pictures that will give you an idea for the room layouts, large size Living/Dining room combo. The kitchen opens to the dining room and views out to the beach area.

The main level terrace allows for a great outside dining area or a place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

After a day of Cabo adventures, enjoy the hot tub on the roof terrace or spend the day enjoying the private lounges on the terrace or the community pool and lounges, just below the condo.

The rooftop terrace has lounges, umbrellas and chairs for a comfortable experience looking over the Cabo Views.

The kitchen had all of your basic needs for cooking with a Microwave, Single Oven and a Cooktop. For quick cleanup, the kitchen has a Dishwasher and stacked Washer and Dryer. A wine and beverage refrigerator is within the kitchen cabinets.

The condo has air conditioning in all rooms to provide for your comfort.

The Master Bath has a jetted tub for your relaxation, as well as a large tile shower. The main bath also includes a large tile shower. Both bedrooms have individual safes for your important documents and other items.

Guest access:
You will find that the property has two pools and plenty of seating to enjoy our garden areas.
Other things to note:

The Penthouse condo has two parking spaces available in the garage, if you choose to rent a car for a few days or your whole stay. Rolling Carts are available in the garage, to help with the transport of any groceries and packages that you might bring to the condo.

The Puerta Cabos Village property has a 24-hour security guards that man the entry gate and assist with any issue you might have on the property.

Great place, and fantastic location!

We had a fantastic stay here. The unit is as listed, and is in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. Just a short walk to El Médano Beach, and close proximity to many local restaurants. Duane was very accommodating in the booking process and checked in on us during our stay as well! Hugo was also wonderful on the check-in and even had fresh guacamole and cervezas waiting on us when we arrived! Highly recommend staying here!

Cabo vacation

We had a great stay! Duane was great at making sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy and smooth. Hugo was fantastic at check in and had great snacks and drinks for us. The condo is very nice and we had everything that we needed. We were able to walk to all of our favorite spots. The roof top deck is great as was the view!

I know I’ll forget things so just book this place. I would give a 20/10 if I could. Communication with Duane prior was excellent. He gave us recommendations for restaurants, activities, and the contact information for the concierge, Hugo. Hugo arranged our transfer from the airport. The driver stopped at Walmart for essentials. A great personal touch. Check in was flawless. Luggage and groceries were brought up for us and groceries put away! Hugo had fresh guacamole waiting for us. The condo is exactly as described immaculate, very spacious and very comfortable. The balcony is great with a view of the ocean and the upper terrace with loungers and a hot tub was perfect. We spent a lot of our time up there. The kitchen is very well equipped with just about everything that you could possibly need or want. There is a good size washer and dryer. Master bed was very comfortable, we did not use the Jacuzzi tub. Staff at the gate were friendly and helpful. The beach is a five minute walk. Condo has beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and wagon making a beach day a breeze. So many walkable restaurants, shops and groceries. Marina is a 15 minute easy walk. We felt very safe everywhere we went. Duane and his team make sure you have whatever you need. Hugo was a phone call or text away. They have a perfect rating for good reason. Guest reviews are very important to me, I hope my review will help the next person. I would love to go back to this condo often.

Place was very clean and kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could need. Hugo was very quick and accommodating to everything we asked for. We liked it here as it was only a short walk to Medano beach and about 15 minutes to downtown for bars and restaurants. Second year at these condos and we would stay again.

After visiting Cabo San Lucas in 2005 during a cruise down the Baja and Mexican coast, we made Cabo one of our annual spots for relaxation. After years of visiting Cabo, we decided to invest in a 2-bedroom timeshare on Medano Beach. Soon, we invested in fractional ownership and now we have decided to invest in condo within downtown area of Cabo.

We enjoy the food, activities and the people of Baja, especially Cabo.

Many of our friends from the U.S., also enjoy Cabo and the surrounding areas, so it only made sense to make a more permanent choice of having a home near the beach.

We want to share our condo, this town and all that Cabo has to offer, with as many people as possible and invite them to share our condo as their home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because its location is so close to the beach, and it is within walking distance to downtown. We found that we wanted to be near the night life and all the activities on the beach and in town. It is a great spot to drive from if you want to visit La Paz, San Jose del Cabo or Todos Santos. The property is gated and attended to 24 hours a day. Protected by a walled compound makes it more secure and safe.

What makes this property unique

Having a personal onsite concierge to assist in planning and preparing of your vacation stay is a benefit, as he is available for activities and restaurant suggestions and reservations. He can plan for a private chef or a local private massage within the condo during your stay.

The Penthouse Condo Rooftop Terrace, with its views of the Sea of Cortez and the local mountains of Cabo, give you pleasant private environment to relax in your Hot Tub or on the comfortable lounges.

The condo is fully appointed with comfortable beds, a kitchen with all of the utensils and dishes to complete any meal of the day, and a relaxing interior design. Two elevators within the building, allow easy access to this Penthouse condo.

You also have two parking spaces within the garage for your car.
