Sunset Escape On Westlake. This B&B offers 2 suites that are rented separately.

This main floor Adults Only suite is located on Prince Edward County‘s popular Westlake waterfront and is facing the beach at Sand Dunes. The backyard has a shallow, sandy waterfront boasting beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed on the back deck with a propane fire pit, in the gazebo, on the dock or by the waters edge with a wood fire. We are within walking distance to Sand and Pearl restaurant, the restaurant at Isaiah Tubbs's Resort, Dune Hopper Brewery and a very short drive to the Tambo snack bar and convenience store. Westlake Water Sports is a 2 minute drive, where you can rent jet skis, pontoon boats, or flyboards. ( guests can receive a 20% discount on rentals)
The Sandbanks Dunes Beach and Sandbanks Outlet beach are both within 2.5 km, and beach/ park passes are provided free, for our guests.
This suite is a Bed & Breakfast with a private four piece bathroom, luxurious king size bed and walk out to the back deck. This suite accommodates up to 2 people maximum. ( main floor suite is rented separately) The living room, all outdoor spaces and continental breakfast are shared with hosts and occasionally, other guests.
We provide water floats, two stand up paddle boards and two kayaks for guests use, and are on first request first serve basis.

Free parking onsite.

If you are travelling with friends or family, we also offer a second story suite that will accommodate up to two more people.

If you are not planning on having breakfast with us the day of checkout, please inform us the day prior
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The water is very shallow so there is no jumping or diving from any water access areas. Any water activities, are at your own risk.
Smoking and vaping is allowed outdoors only and hosts will provide ashtrays upon request.
Hosts provide Beach beach/park passes that must be returned at end of stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $100 fee.
