About this property

This fully furnished property is your home away from home in tropical SW Florida. It offers beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets, Florida birds/wildlife to watch in the canal, heated pool with covered lanai to enjoy during the day while swimming and to stargaze at night. The lanai also features several lounge chairs to soak up the sun or just relax and a large table with six chairs to eat outside, play games, socialize or enjoy drinks. The inside of the house has three sets of sliders to enter the lanai. It is located in Rotonda West on a quiet and safe street within minutes of two beaches (Boca Grande Beach and Englewood Beach), restaurants, and grocery stores. Rotonda West also had seven golf courses to choose from, several walking sidewalks and a very nice bike trail. Boating is also available on the intercoastal waterways, as well as kayaking, parasailing, shark tooth and shell hunting. Make this paradise your home away from home on your next vacation!

Home away from home

We stayed here for 2 weeks from March 24 to April 7, 2024. House was very clean, just as pictured, pool was wonderful, beds and furnishings were new and comfortable. The property manager lives close by and was very helpful when we had questions. We hope to come back again to this property.

Great place. Had a great time great area, close to beaches. So much to do. Our property manager Lesha was excellent. Very responsive and very knowledgeable about the area and events. Thank you. !!!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Das Haus ist traumhaft schön. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist genügend Platz für mind. 6 Personen ind 3 Schalfzimmern, wobei in einem Schlafzimmer ein Etagenbett steht. Der Pool war beheizt. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen hat, z.B. was man in der Nähe alles unternehmen kann. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Pooltücher sind ausreichen vorhanden. Man kann sowohl in der schönen Umgebung, als auch im Haus selbst tolle und erholsame Tage verbringen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

We love to boat, shark tooth/shell hunt, ride our bicycles, walk the beaches and I also do turtle patrol each season. We enjoy getting to know people from all over the world and introducing them to our piece of paradise!
