Some recommendation for the owner will be to make sure the floor is clean, the electric sockets are not spoil, the door of the bathroom are not spoil, and the lights are not spoil. Except these small problems that i faced, overall rating is 5/5. Thank you Ms. Angie for the offer. Me and my friends have a great time over your place!

这是我住过最差的环境。 1）主人房的冷气一点都不冷，开着冷气还满身大汗，在这大热天那里睡得着。 2）洗碗盆的通水阻塞，让我们新年节庆的心情很不舒服，还因为通水管阻塞污水流到整间屋子到处都是污水，还让人滑倒。3）冲凉房的地砖手工很差，站在里面脚底很不舒服，脚痛。 4）客厅的风扇的风力很差。5）客厅没有冷气实在不行。收费和设备不对称。6）所以我也给不到评分。

homestay owner very friendly and kind, house spacious and clean, everything in the homestay are

homestay owner very friendly and kind, house spacious and clean, everything in the homestay are complete, you may have a small family or friends gathering in the house, location just near to beach and just around 15 minutes drive to bayan lepas, nightime got a gang of malay motorcyclist hang around in front of homestay cause a bit noisy, and also no water supply in bathroom upstairs, may be is water pressure problem, but homestay owner gave us more time to check out, very thank to them.

Maybe next time. room facilities was goods equipped with washing machine and refrigerator. story book and toys for kids are really good for family trip like mine. instruction on handover was clear. To return visit next time go back penang.

The home was clean and spacious with more than enough rooms to host about 10 people. Host Angie and her husband were gracious enough to also prepare a BBQ set (brand new) for us to have a little get together. The only small issue was not enough blankets, small matter I thought I should highlight for the future. Angie pointed me in the right direction to a better beach front about a 3 minute drive away rather than use the one at the end of the road. A definite place to stay again if I have family orientated get togethers. Thanks!
