The property is as shown. Owner takes pride in keeping it maintained and clean. The host was very nice and gave us suggestions on what to see while here. We would rent again.
The property was so clean and well thought out. Jim was super responsive. We enjoyed ourselves!

Jill was a wonderfully guest. She left our guest home in pristine condition. We hope she stays with us again on her next visit. I highly recommend her as a guest.

This was the first VRBO I've ever stayed in, usually opting for chain hotels because of the rewards.
Whoever built this place did an amazing job with the lighting. Everything is labelled in a cute way that makes everything easy to find. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen has all the utensils and spices to make just about anything. The back porch has a beautiful view, it's secluded but not so secluded that you can't get food delivery. It's in a great location outside of Asheville, we would definitely stay here again the next time we attend a concert.
My name is Jim Jaber and my wife Patricia, and I own Flecher NC Getaway. We have 5 kids. My oldest son travels the world with his wife as skydivers. My oldest daughter works as a real-estate agent with Keller Williams. My middle daughter lives in Spain, working as a teacher. My second son is a photographer. My third daughter is entering high school.
In our free time, we like to go to the beach. My kids love soccer. We love to have family gatherings and do so frequently.
I've been in the service business all my life, and this is why we decided to turn our guest home into a vacation rental. We love to serve people, and we are looking forward to serving you.
Why they chose this property
We picked our home location because, not only was it set back in the quietness of rural living, but it also provided the conveniences within a few minutes from home like, Grocery shopping, our local park, the neighborhood Walmart, Sam's Club, Outback Steak House, Olive Garden, the local Mall, and so much more. It makes it very convenient. for my wife, and at the same time, we are nestled in the beauty of the great outdoors.
What makes this property unique
The main House is like a chalet with 3 fireplaces and huge picture windows in the front overlooking the woods. The master bedroom is three stories up with 13-foot ceilings. The ceilings are beamed throughout and huge A-frame windows overlooking the woods.
The guest house is new construction and separate from the main house, giving you an at home experience. One of the balconies overlooks the woods and is three stories up, giving you the feeling you are in the trees. It is very invigorating.
