LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located just minutes away from gorgeous beaches, golf courses and parks. 2 minutes from Downtown Gardens and the Gardens Mall with fine restaurants, ample shopping and plenty of family entertainment.
Minutes from Whole foods, Publix and Trader Joe's.
15 min from Palm Beach International Airport and Downtown West Palm Beach.
The space
TRUE TO THE PICTURES, recently remodeled, with new furniture, this house is designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. Comfortable living room, 3 smart TV's, Fast WI-FI, kitchen with all the essentials, one King and 2 Queen beds with all white linens, white comforters and reading lights.
Very private back yard, fully fenced, with oversized pergola, great sitting area and hammock.

ABOUT DISINFECTING...
All towels, linens, including comforters in ALL of our properties are collected after every guest, washed and disinfected at our central location and given in vacuum sealed bags to the cleaning crew for the next guest.

This house is in a quite residential neighborhood, so absolutely no parties, no events, no extra guests and no loud noises please.
Guests, have exclusive access to the whole house and the private, fenced backyard. The code of the electronic lock will be provided on check in day, at 9:00am.

Top Notch Panos best host ever!

We had a wonderful stay at The holiday rental in Palm Beach Gardens! Panos is a great host—very responsive and welcoming. The house itself is beautiful, with a spacious driveway, new appliances, and a huge master bedroom with plenty of living space. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a grill and a peaceful, zen-like atmosphere. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!
