Loved staying here. A really comfortable and quiet apartment with ample conveniences and storage space for an extended stay. Every time we thought of something that we needed (sewing kit, measuring tape, laundry detergent etc), there it was. The host is very nice and responsive, the building is elegant, and the full-time doormen and super are helpful and friendly. It’s also centrally located, within walking distance of many museums, the UN, and Grand Central Station. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Ideal for a short stay in midtown

Stayed for 2 months for a summer internship in midtown. The flat was clean, quiet, well-stocked, and just like the photographs. The doormen were super helpful and the facilities were all functional. Highly recommend for access to midtown and Grand Central.

Great Place in NYC

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment for almost six weeks. The location is fantastic, and the apartment is very comfortable. The place is exactly as in the photos, and everything worked very well (wifi, heating, cable, etc). The building is very well kept and has 24 hour staffed front desk. I look forward to returning in the future.

Nilesh was great at communicating and very accommodating. There was practically everything I needed already at the apartment besides my toiletries and my own clothes! There were plenty of bedding, towels, cleaning supplies, kitchenware. I never had an issue with the laundry machines in the basement being all occupied. The doormen are all very nice. It's an interior room so it is very quiet but also does not get very bright which was fine with me. Great location to the 6, 7, E, and F trains and completely walkable to times square and grand central. NYC is expensive but I think for the area, this was a reasonable deal. Lots of cute restaurants and things to do nearby and you can get anywhere quickly. I never felt unsafe at night in the area. The AC works well and I never once was uncomfortable. There is a TV with streaming available. Lots of closet space with lots of hangers already, plenty of cabinets. There is a steamer and flat iron for your clothes. I believe there was a hairdryer but I had my own. The couch is not a pullout though. Overall, would recommend Nilesh and his property.

Good place, great doormen, honest landlord

The two best things about this place was the landlord who was responsive and took good care of the place and the doormen who made you feel extremely secure in the building. The flat is small studio apartment without a view and like most places in New York, overpriced, but the location was great for the UN and the landlord was honest and made sure the apartment had everything guests needed. We were happy with our stay I would stay again if the place was available next year.

Incredible stay in the heart of Manhattan

Nilesh’s place was the absolute perfect place to stay. Right in midtown, it was so conveniently located to major tourist spots and multiple subway stations. Super clean and tidy. Nilesh went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The doorman service provided an extra layer of safety, as I felt someone was always there should I need something. Honestly can’t recommend it enough, and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Studio in MidTown

Unit and Building are quiet and in a great MidTown location. Unit owner was extremely responsive and promptly attended to questions/repairs. We would definitely stay at the unit in the future.

Amazing Host and Amazing Property

Immaculate, fully stocked with all essentials. Towels, cleaning products, coffee pods, bed linens. Fully stocked kitchen, everything was perfect for our stay. This host is top notch, made sure our stay was amazing. Will definitely go back!

Perfect to enjoy the city

The apartment is ubicate perfectly, you can go waking to Brian Park, Times Square, Central Terminal Station, 5 av... And if you prefer subway, there is line 6 which bring you in all Manhattan. The apartment is quiet, have everything we need for our holidays. We loved it, thank you so much for your kidness.

The space was cozy but spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and it's in a great location.

The place is clean with a great shower and kitchen. The tv is a great size and the door men give a sense of security. It's walking distance to many thing. The CVS is close and so are many restaurant's. Great space and host. Awsome stay.
