Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, F10.

This ocean-view studio suite offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, beautiful water and pool views, and a comfortable waterfront high-rise setting for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, F10 sleeps up to 2 guests and is located very close to Sugar Beach and the Waterfront Pool, with the resort lobby, Terrace Pool, and laundry facility just up the hill.

The suite features a comfortable king-sized bed with new bedroom furniture, and its L-shaped layout creates a sense of privacy even though it is a studio-style suite. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The suite also includes air conditioning, television, a sofa bed, balcony access, and beautiful water and pool views that can be enjoyed with the island breezes.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Complimentary shuttle service operates from the resort lobby throughout the 15-acre property, and the resort is close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Great home base on St. Thomas

Close to Red Hook with grocery, ferry to other islands, bars and restaurants. Great home base with decent pool and dockside bar/restaurant. Tight quarters for four but had to budget and made it work. Better beaches around Island for snorkeling and swimming. Helpful to have had a car.

Had to move from first room because of bugs in bed.

Noise from plant at bottom of complex ran 24 hours a day combined with ants in room made impossible to stay in! 2nd unit was much better. Huge inconvience moving rooms since we were only staying 4 days.

Great getaway

The property was very clean. Nice and upgraded. Amazing views of the beach steps away from the restaurant and beach. Margaritaville right next door for more food and drink options. Walking distance to Coki beach and coral world. Do not rent a car if you have not driven here. Just taxi it’s cheaper and less of a headache. And be prepared for some of the hills. Overall great time. Definitely recommend this property.

A week in St.Thomas

Upon our arrival we were greeted by rum punch and wonderful staff. Willy helped us to our room, which had to be reached by going up two extended flights of stairs. The complex is built into a mountain, so some effort is to be expected but this was a bit to much. We asked for a room change and were moved to B-24. Once again Willy came through and moved our luggage. The room was somewhat dated but clean, with a magnificent ocean view deck. Overall the location is beautiful, however I would warn people that there is a bit of up and down the mountain to pools, beach, restaurant, front desk etc. The staff is very accommodating and are definitely there to try and make your stay enjoyable. The location is just about a seven minute drive into Red Hook, where the Ferry to St. John's, restaurants and food shopping are located.Try the happy hour at the Tap and Still and say Hi to Tony.

The front desk staff and Shoreline Bar staff was amazing. Customer service was through the roof!! We enjoyed being lazy at the pools and then using the shuttle service to go out to RedHook at night. Definitely a 5 star vacation.

We had a great time interacting with your staff, especially at the happy hours at Shoreline! We also really liked snorkeling on the beach and hanging out by the pool. Not to mention the perfect patio we had to enjoy the amazing sunsets. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

I loved being so close to everything. This is the place to be if you're looking for a fun, clean, and reasonably priced place to stay in St. Thomas. The room decor was very cute and made me feel at home. Not like a standard boring hotel room. I hope to come back again soon!

So Wonderful

There are so many positives: the hospitality of the staff was wonderful, the free shuttle service to neighboring beaches and to Red Hook, the restaurant and bar, the feeling that I was really out of Resort rather than in a condominium complex. F10 is a lovely unit. It met most of our needs. It was tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the patio immensely. We usually rent from an owner at Crystal Cove for the past six King holiday weekends. I think they have lost a customer to your management company. We plan to stay with you again next year.

Truly enjoyable

I truly enjoyed staying at point pleasant. One of the best parts was Anthony and how welcome he made us feel. Genuinely nice guy and so nice to have as a go to person for all of my questions. F10 was a beautiful unit with great views. All the amenities of the resorts were great as well. Love Sugar Beach. I used the free kayak tour even the we cud not do the full tour bc of wind we were still able to use the kayaks. We got the activity package and used it for kayaks and shuttle. I thought the SUP were included as well but the girl told me I had to pay and they were booked :( luckily I booked the kayak in advance. I guess I was unaware of how much in advance I needed to book the other stuff as well. I was greeted with Rum punch and a smile and had GREAT service while I was there regardless of how busy. The staff especially Anthony was great. I stayed here bc of the great reviews on Trip Advisor and they were nothing but right. I will be writing my own review as I love to contribute to the cause! Hopefully I will be able to return to this amazing resort! Thanks for taking the time to email me about my experience.
