The property was perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was more than enough space for everyone, which made it even more enjoyable. The Harry Potter room was a huge hit with our grandson! We did have a small issue with a door, but I contacted the property manager and they resolved it right away. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this property.

Great property with a few hiccups

The house was very nice and the layout was perfect. The amenities were super nice! The hiccups were that the A/C was broken when we got there and couldn’t be fixed until the next day. It (the A/C) randomly changed temperature every single day. We had to keep it checked often because it would revert to 77*. The TV in the living room was missing the remote and it took almost a week to get one. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly to our request/questions. We would rent this place again and would recommend it to others.
