Mountain Retreat close to town.

Cozy 2 bedroom house in the mountains with a central location. It is only 90 minutes away from 3 different ski resorts in the winter and 20 minutes to multiple lakes in the summer. The South Hills is home to several trails for both hiking and mountain biking. Enjoy a drink from the patio in the summer or the amazing views from the large picture window in the winter. Deer, elk and various other wildlife can be seen wondering though the property. A quiet mountain retreat that is only 5 minutes from town and all the amenities.
There are 2 nicely sized bedrooms with full closets for hanging an ample room for luggage. The king sized beds are medium firm memory foam mattresses for ample support and comfort. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. A full-sized washer and dryer are tucked conveniently off the main living area, while the living room has a couch (with chaise lounger) and two accent chairs to enjoy the scenery out the front window. There is a 58" smart tv in the living room for you to stream your favorite movies or tv series. The home is also equipped with Starlink internet. There is a well-appointed kitchen with full sized refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and microwave. There is a propane bbq grill on the patio if you'd like to cook outside or ample cookware inside if that's your preference.

This is a beautiful property. Close to the city but feels like you are in the forest alone. Wildlife in the yard every day. A restful perfect vacation !

A perfect Montana mountain house!

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was quiet, clean, and beautiful. And the beds were SO comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Location was great. Not far from town but quiet and private. Yard was really nice. House was spotless. Id definitely stay again! The host was really accommodating when i wanted an early check in.

Great place to visit and will be returning in future.

Quick access to everything while being in the quiet and secluded trees. Sounds of nature surrounding in this modern construction home. Views of greenery out every window, well supplied kitchen, laundry space and generous bathroom amenities. Very thought out and well maintained property. Thank you again and will definitely be back yearly when we visit family.

Beautiful area and nice house. Overall rating would be higher if it had newer nicer bath towels, more place settings of dishes, silverware and coffee cups. We had family over for meals a couple times and didn’t have enough. Also the living room furniture is not comfortable. At night we wanted to read and watch tv. A couple recliners or something facing the tv would greatly improve that. Also some end tables, there is nowhere to set a drink while in the living room besides the floor. Bedrooms and beds were very nice. Also loved the outdoor area and spent some very nice time there. The outdoor steps definitely need railings for safety. Our host was very receptive to our questions and answered quickly. The house was very clean upon arrival and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!

The property was clean, easy to find, and the check in and check out was simple. The host answered my questions quickly. My athletes absolutely loved the location and being from California, the deer in the yard were amazing for them to see. It was a great experience for all of us, them staying and me providing this fantastic property for them. Would absolutely recommend this property for those that want a home that is out of the way, quiet, secluded, but still only minutes from town.

Parents weekend

We came to Helena for parents weekend at Carroll College, I was a little worried that it would be far from campus being it was surrounded by woods and in a different town but I just trusted Google and went with it. It honestly was the best of both worlds where we had the beautiful views, trees and secluded but still close to everything including campus. The home is absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The host was so accommodating to work with, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Surprised to see it was the whole house we were at. Very nice and clean. Only thing I’d change if I owned it was the stairs are very hairy. I tripped when I got there and no hand rail. Bad for handicapped.
