Desert Retreat is a beautiful 4 bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements that all guest have a restful sleep. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished with plush bedding and the master suit with 65 inch tv, master bathroom features a soaking tub. Dessert Retreat has 3 full bathrooms. The house has dining area for 10, with outdoor kitchen w/ gas grill. Endless entertainment awaits soccer field, ping pong table. Enjoy the amazing view of the mountain all around Desert Retreat.
For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
We have a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation.

Guest access
During your stay you will have full access to the entire house except owners hallway closet. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

Host is always available when contacted. If you need special accommodations with early check-in/ late check-out, we will gladly help.

*Pool Heat - $200 a Day (Ask a day before arrival because it does take 24 hours to heat up)
Note: Pool and Jacuzzi can NOT be heated at the same time
*Spa( Jacuzzi)- free( 3 hours)

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm- 8 am .
Please note that no outdoor music of any kind is allowed . No music outside , No loud voice, No loud parties, live music, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time.
The house offers driveway parking and street parking. No garage parking is available.
